As long as your company uses the EAP service that I work for, Stratos, then you can come and see me for some short term sessions.  When you make contact with me I will need to know the name of your company.  In our first session I will let you how many sessions your are eligible for.  I will need to run you through a short questionnaire, and gain some basic  information about your work problems.
